Thank you for choosing TopClass Cleaning Services. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service with TopClass Cleaning Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. The service is provided based on the details and specifications you provide during booking. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

Service Delivery

  • Service Hours: Our cleaning services are typically provided during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Any cleaning services scheduled outside of regular business hours may incur an additional charge.

  • Access to Property: You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe, unobstructed access to the area being cleaned. If we cannot access the property or the designated cleaning area due to security or access issues, we may charge a full service fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: You must cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Show Policy: If the cleaning service cannot be completed due to the client’s failure to provide access or a no-show, the full service fee will be charged.

Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash or bank transfer.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

For details on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy. In case of dissatisfaction with the service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for a re-clean.

Liability

  • Damage to Property: We take great care to avoid any damage to your property during cleaning. However, we are not responsible for damages due to pre-existing conditions or items that are fragile and not secured before our team arrives.

  • Limitations of Liability: TopClass Cleaning Services is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of the use of our cleaning services, except where required by law. In the event of any damage caused by our team, we will address it in accordance with our refund policy.

Health & Safety

  • Client Responsibilities: Please inform us of any hazards in the cleaning area (e.g., pets, sharp objects, or sensitive items) to ensure the safety of both our team and your property.

  • Cleaning Products: We use eco-friendly cleaning products wherever possible. If you have specific cleaning product preferences or allergies, please notify us at the time of booking.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if we believe the safety of our team members or the property is at risk, or if the client does not comply with these terms and conditions.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be indicated at the top. By continuing to use our services after the changes are posted, you accept the modified terms.
