Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-show: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access your property or the cleaning is canceled without prior notice, a 100% service fee will apply.
Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We’ll arrange for a free re-clean of the affected areas.

Refund Requests: In the rare event that a re-clean is not suitable, we offer partial refunds based on the nature of the service provided. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after your request is reviewed.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed via cash or bank transfer. All refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Exceptions

Damage or Loss: We take great care in ensuring your property is safe during cleaning. However, we do not cover damages due to pre-existing conditions, improper access, or client negligence. Please ensure all fragile or valuable items are securely stored before our team arrives.

Force Majeure: We cannot provide refunds for services disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or acts of God.
